My Story

Hi, I’m Samantha.

I’ve spent my entire career in the fast-paced world of sales, navigating both corporate leadership and independent ventures. Growing up  in a Navy family and living internationally as both a child and adult shaped how I see the world.  I learned early on to adapt, connects across cultures, and embrace the unknown.

Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of leading and coaching cross-geographical teams, as well as mentoring rising leaders. But I also know what it’s like to question your path, even when it looks successful on paper.

Behind some of my achievements, my journey has not been without turbulence.  I have wrestled with anxiety since my teens, coupled with abandonment and the weight of a difficult past. For years, I pushed through self-doubt and set backs determined not to let them define me.

Over the past 15+ years, my own healing and development have been deeply shaped by yoga, mindfulness, holistic health, and transformational coaching. I became a 500-hour RYT yoga instructor, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, ICF-Trained Coach and dedicated student of trauma healing and self-mastery, not just to learn these practices, but to live them.

As your coach, I wouldn’t be authentic if I hadn’t been in your shoes before.  I’ve walked away from a six-figure career more than once in pursuit of something more aligned. I’ve uprooted my life, moved across the world, and stepped into the unknown to build something new, including this wellness business.

Today, I bring this integrative approach to my work with first responders, emerging leaders, and high performers. By blending coaching, education, and somatic practices, I help clients navigate stress, transitions, and growth with greater clarity, agility, and purpose, without sacrificing health or home life.

Together, we work towards staying sharp under pressure and breaking through plateaus by designing a future that reflects not just what’s possible but probable when working with a coach.
