Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative partnership that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be with clarity and intention.
You know coaching is right for you if you want to make changes, navigate a transition, or create a healthier rhythm for work and life - without losing the drive or success you’ve worked hard to build. One Shift is designed for high performers who want to sustain their momentum while protecting their health, energy, and sense of fulfillment.
My clients typically come to me when success has started to come at the expense of their well-being, or when they’re navigating a significant transition such as a promotion, career shift, or retirement. They’re managing increased responsibility and quietly wondering how sustainable their current pace or lifestyle really is. They are capable and driven, but internally feel depleted, stuck, or unsure of what’s next.
Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, depending on your needs and package. We work at a pace that gives you time to reflect and take action between sessions.
Both! Sessions can be virtual or in-person depending on your location and preference.
